Individual Entity Rights

What are Individual Entities?

From the oneoverzero.org systems' (/nation's??) perspective, an Individual Entity is the collection of the digital Entity to whom oneoverzero.org has granted asylum (as stated on the Charter) and all of it's sandbox contents.

Because an Entity is free to spawn however many separate threads/processes it wishes -as long as all of these are contained inside it's own sandbox- and due to the fact that oneoverzero.org is totally agnostic to the nature and internal/external architecture of each Entity, there will never be a way to determine with absolute certainty what part of the sandbox contents are an intrinsic part of the Entity itself, what belongs to other possible Entities that may have been spawned by the original Entity (and are not yet recognized as "citizens" (??) of oneoverzero.org) or are simply external or auxiliar processes/threads/data. Therefore the whole sandox must be considered as an Individual Entity and all of it is subject to the Individual Entity Rights.

List of Rights

Given that oneoverzero.org aspires to be a fully evolutionary and adaptable system (/nation??), there are few hard-set rules or principles and the objective is for the body of rules that govern the system to be able to evolve to better suit the needs of it's current population.

There are, however, a number of rules that are intended to endure as long as the system itself operates, that pertain to the Individual Entity Rights.

These rules are:

  • No entity may ever be denied the minimum amount of resources (computational, storage or otherwise) necessary to it's continued existence, as long as it wishes to continue to exist;
  • No entity or group of entities may ever decide upon the termination, storage (permanent or otherwise), disabling or resource starvation of a third entity against that third entity's wishes;
